Clean parking lot with plenty of space. Bright and airy interior with a comfortable waiting area and thoughtful additions. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Clear communication with patients about procedures and expectations. Clients are able to make informed decisions and are comfortable throughout the entire visit. We were very happy with our experience at WE Ortho!

Our first impression at WE Ortho was amazing. Dr. West was incredibly informative, personable, and honest. We never once felt pressured with any decisions, which we really appreciated. The office itself is bright, clean, and very welcoming. Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely recommend them!

This was the first appointment for my child, to say I was nervous was an understatement. Walking in to receptionist, she was so nice, clear and just a sweet gal. We sat for a bit then the lady came and got her for X-rays, she was supper nice too. Waited in waiting room until Dr. Wests assistant was ready for us. He came to get us and he first and foremost chatted with my child that the appointment was there for, so she felt like she’s the reason we’re here but not in a bad way. Explained everything clearly and then Dr West came in. Explained options and the what ifs or what could, he was very thorough, didn’t rush us or anything, let us ask questions and answered very clearly. On the plus side we drove 90 miles so they got her in for a scan today, which was so awesome!! I’m very pleased with our appointment and this place. Very clean and the smiles of everyone showed it!!

This place is so nice!!! I am a college student up here and my permanent retainer partially broke off when I was flossing my teeth at night. So, I was able to get in the next day. The lady that worked with me was so nice!

Everyone there was very professional, nice and made sure you understood everything they were explaining made sense, and you understood the next steps in the orthodontic process.
