I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Trenton Bottoms and finally I left the dentist not feeling overwhelmed but genuinely grateful and excited about the future of my smile. After repeatedly finding cosmetic dental options only in Raleigh, Charlotte, or farther away, I was so happy to finally find an innovative dentist right here in the Winston Salem area. Dr. Bottoms has the perfect combination of youthful energy, modern knowledge, and an “old soul”. He is current with technology and brings fresh thinking to dentistry, but he is also warm, grounded, patient, and willing to listen. He took the time to understand my concerns and seemed genuinely interested in finding a solution that would work just for me. I felt heard instead of rushed or pressured. His staff was equally impressive. The entire office feels modern and professional while still being welcoming, comfortable, and wonderfully hometown cozy. I traveled almost two hours to see Dr. Bottoms after reading so many wonderful reviews, and now I completely understand why! I have anxiety going to the dentist, but Dr. Bottoms could not have been more reassuring and compassionate. He even took the time to call me from his family vacation on a weekend to make sure all of my questions were answered before my procedure. His entire staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming. I visited Dr. Bottoms’ office today due to a crack in my back lower molar. Dr. Bottoms did an excellent job repairing my tooth with a crown. I appreciated his kind professionalism, especially how he walked me through the steps as he did the repair. Due to Dr. Bottoms top of the line equipment, he was able to perform the entire procedure during one visit. It was so nice to be able to leave with the procedure at completion, and not have to return for a second phase, as is the case in many offices. Dr. Bottoms’ assistant was very good and put me at ease from the beginning. She, along with Dr. Bottoms, was very open to answer any questions I had before and after. I would highly recommend this dental practice!

Moving is difficult, and replacing your dentist is serious business. I found Trenton Bottoms on my second attempt. Great education, good location, and the office is as clean as they come. I am thrilled with Dr. Bottoms assessment and care of my teeth. My teeth are smooth and shiny after Amy's thorough cleaning. I am old and fussy and Amy is kind. Everyone in the office is welcoming. I have found my new dentist.
