Smileplicity Dentistry

I came in Smileplicity on Creedmoor Rd feeling unsure about my appointment for a chip teeth and Partials. I don’t like going to dentist because I’m (Scared) but Dr.Atari and her team where so supportive, friendly , and Patient with me. I have a change of mind now , I actually look forward to continuing my care here knowing that they are all knowledgeable and not to mention how clean the rooms where and restroom. 5 stars

“We don’t have public WiFi” was the response from the front desk lady. I asked while I waited for my partner as he was having an emergency visit. Every healthcare facility has a way to communicate with the world, access e-files and other things online that may be needed to be retrieved. A good internet connection is part of every business now. The place has no good signal and there was no empathy. I was the only person in the lobby. Terrible customer service for BASIC needs for client experience. We will not return here for long term care.

I woke up with severe pain on the lower right side of my mouth. I was flying out at 2 pm. I called Smileplicity and they told me to be there at 9am. Ultimately I needed a root canal. First one ever. The staff did an incredible job explaining it to me as did Dr. Atari. Dr. Atari did a wonderful job doing it and it was pain free! If you’re looking for an awesome dentist please give Smileplicity a call!!

I love going to Smileplicity because my Hygenist Lisa is wonderful, thorough and friendly. I've been coming here for years now and won't go anywhere else. I love Dr. Daina, she reminds me of some of my friends, easy going and makes me feel very comfortable. I love the way everything is explained to me so I can easily understand the information they give me. I was one of Dr. Diana's first patients, when she opened her practice. She also has state of the art equipment. I will forever be grateful I found her.

The interior is very nice. I’ve had multiple issues with billing from this practice since becoming a patient in 2021. The staff seems to change every time I visit, and it feels like everyone is quite inexperienced. I switched to one of the Riccobene offices and have been much more satisfied with and confident in the care I’m getting.
