I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Dream Smiles today! From the moment I walked in, the team was so welcoming and kind. The environment was spotless and very comfortable. The braces process was thorough, and it was done in a timely manner. I especially want to thank Priscilla, the manager, for her exceptional customer service, and also the amazing person who prepped me before the doctor. I also want to give a big thank you to the doctor as well who did the entire process—they were so skilled and made me feel at ease. Plus, the team was so informative, guiding me step by step on aftercare. I highly recommend Dream Smiles—they are truly a top-tier orthodontic practice!

Wonderful orthodontic practice Logan was fantastic with putting my daughter’s braces on. My daughter was nervous but Logan was calm, explained everything, patient and encouraging. She made sure my daughter had a little to hold on to during the process. She walked us to the front and high fived my daughter before going into the back. Very pleasant experience starting with the ladies at the front desk. Every encounter has been phenomenal and very efficient. I was shown patience and everyone was extremely empathetic toward my daughter who was in tears (at the thought of going into middle school with braces) BEFORE we left dream smiles. They made her feel better and more confident about the entire process with redirecting her attention to results oriented. High recommend.
