After doing a lot of research on best doctors to go to for knee issues, Dr. Lily repeatedly came up from several people as their #1 choice. And his Google reviews were outstanding. He had excellent results with many people who used him for knee evaluations and replacements. I went to him for an evaluation. He took X-rays and clearly explained what they showed and also said I was not ready for a replacement. He gave me great advice on what I could do to help strengthen my knees to postpone surgery. Very honest and focused on what was best for the patient. I just saw him again today and he gave me a steroid shot to deal with some knee pains from twisting my knee. Still not ready for a replacement. And while he had helped me not have a replacement yet, he did perform a needed replacement on my husband a year and a half ago with excellent results. While he recently stopped doing surgery, if you need an evaluation or non-surgical results you will not be disappointed. He is truly excellent.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was practically no wait to be called to a room and no wait in the room. I didn’t need my book. The doctor listened, asked questions and asked if I mind X-rays. No, please see what’s going on. X-ray is on-site. They were also fast, friendly and efficient. The doctor followed up a few minutes later, examined and explained things and we agreed on treatment. He listened and communicated well. I would absolutely recommend this practice. I’d rather not be dealing with this, but Dr Napoli and the rest of the EmergeOrtho team make me feel much more confident I will see improvement. CHECK IN FROM THE TEXT MESSAGE LINK If you do not, the check-in process is ridiculous, with pages and pages of repetitive questions that seem to have absolutely nothing to do with me and you cannot skip them. Check in online from the link before your appointment and you can avoid this.

For Dr brooks and the rest of this office I guess duty to report doesn’t exist even when the nurses and another doctor agreed that they didn’t understand why my paperwork was so vague and lacking on any information besides the name and date but at first Dr. Brooks seemed so nice and respectful and like he heard me and that means something as a woman I felt safe so I just trusted but once my issue wasn’t fixed after surgery he ignored every word I said I have gone multiple times and everytime he is more focused on telling me about things and telling me to wait and wait instead of listening to me about my genuine concerns I came here to get help and all that’s happened is neglect and disregarding my every concern he talks to me like my pain just needs a bandage or that it doesn’t exist and that the surgery should’ve fixed the issue and then said I didn’t need scans and I’ve called over and over asked all the questions I can so the best I can do is if you have to go there stay away from Dr. Brooks stay away from this place in general there another one not to far away just go there

Dr Brooks is the best! My surgery was a breeze and each follow up visit was thorough and he’s so personable. I highly recommend Dr Werner Brooks.

Dr Brooks is an incredible doctor! He listens and takes care of my needs as a patient. He explains everything as I ask. I truly appreciate him and the respect he has had for me as a patient! He is a fantastic surgeon! I hope I never need his services again but I I did I would go back to him only. Thank you Dr Brooks! You are the best!
