Orthodontic Associates truly values their patients. I have never been met with such amazing staff at any orthodontic office in the past to the point they go out of their way to show their patients they care! I recently got into a car accident and it has been hard showing up to my appointments. They have been very accommodating and understanding of this curveball that’s been thrown my way. So much so that they gifted me this unexpected self care package. :) It has been such a tough time for me but they’ve made my day a little brighter! Absolutely could not recommend them enough, they are the best!! 💙

Best Orthodontic office in Gastonia by far! Dr Patel and his staff from the front desk to the clinic are top notch!! Karen is the absolute best, explaining everything so my child felt at ease! 100% recommend!!

We were referred by our family dentist and are really enjoying being at a more personalized practice with a better relationship with our home dentist. I no longer feel like my child are being pushed through the conveyor belt of a mega practice.

they were very helpful and kept everything very clear with me. they also also made extra retainers for adjustments at no additional cost. Extremely helpful and would definitely recommend.
