My experience at Gaston Ortho. I would’ve gave a 5 star but the privacy portion is what gave them a 3 for me. The checkin and being seen was rather quick which is great! They do take all insurance both private (delta dental & Medicaid) they’re kind and friendly which is a plus. The only caveat is the setup for patients, there’s no privacy so foget HIPPA here if you have any issues with your teeth best believe everyone in the back will know, you are lined up with other patients which sucks, if yours ok with that. Overall good experience, very clean and professional.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office, and I truly want to recognize both Lenny and Keney who put my braces on. From the moment I walked in, Lenny made me feel welcome and at ease. She was friendly, professional, and very organized. Checking in was quick and smooth, and she took the time to answer my questions about scheduling and payments without ever making me feel rushed. That first impression really set the tone for the entire visit. Keney who put my braces on was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient and explained each step of the process before starting, which really helped calm my nerves. Getting braces can feel overwhelming, but she made the experience comfortable and reassuring. She worked carefully and efficiently, constantly checking to make sure I was okay. I appreciated how gentle and attentive she was throughout the entire procedure. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Overall, the team made what could have been a stressful appointment feel smooth and positive. I highly recommend this office to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here with all of the staff. Heather put my daughter’s braces on yesterday and she did a great job. She walked my daughter through each step so she knew exactly what they were doing, and she made sure to show my daughter how to care for her braces properly. My other daughter also goes here and has had wonderful experiences each time as well. Highly recommend!

I just got my braces taken off, and I gotta say, this orthodontist is top-notch. From the start, they made the whole process super clear and easy to understand. The team is awesome, always friendly and making sure you're comfortable. Now that my braces are off, my teeth look great, If you're in Gaston and thinking about getting braces, I highly recommend checking them out. They make the journey to a perfect smile a great experience.
