Hannon Orthodontics

All of my children have had their braces through Hannon. The older two have finished their treatment, sporting a beautiful smiles. My youngest is just getting started but we are so excited to be back with Hannon! The staff here is amazing and always go out of their way to make sure my kiddos are comfortable with what is going on. Orthodontist are top notch as well. Don’t go anywhere else!!!

From the '90s through bringing both of my kids here, I have had a fantastic experience personally and trust all the Doctors and their wonderful staff with a great experience as well as trusted care for our teeth and smiles. The office is clean and staff are friendly. They have always had the best customer service. Love their whole approach to taking care of people!!

Dr. Justin was wonderful with my autistic teens. He treated them so well and have given them the best smile. I am so grateful for him and his staff. They were all wonderful. I would recommend over and over. They are all so wonderful.

Overall, I've been pleased with the care and services provided at Hannon Orthodontics. The doctors are all wonderful with amazing "bedside manners." I'm an adult patient doing aligners; I had extensive braces as a teenager, so I'm far from new at this. The issues I have are about the atmosphere. It's SO LOUD in the waiting room and treatment corrals (yes, corrals because I feel like cattle). The music is aggressively loud and just...bad. I don't understand why we "need" the "top hits from the '90s to now" blaring while getting our teeth fixed. If we MUST have music, how about something instrumental or spa-like? Calming music in a setting that makes people anxious would go a long way. As one on the spectrum who is hypersensitive to light and sound, I've expressed my discomfort and need for a quieter treatment. One orthodontist assistant (tech? I don't know the correct term) told me they could put me in the single-chair room. That happened ONCE. I asked for it again and was told rather snippily by another assistant that they "use that room for records." OK, then. Additionally, they don't forewarn when they are going to take (new) photos, so my default state of looking like a bridge troll first thing in the morning is captured for all eternity in my records. Like, give a girl a chance to slap on some mascara. So yes, I'd recommend Hannon Orthodontics, but only for neurotypical folks. I'm actually surprised to see that there's a positive review from the parent of autistic patients, but we're all different.
