Dr. Gyampo and his team are not only highly adept and professional, they're considerate and compassionate. Tooth extraction wasn't my favorite lived experience, but Dr. G had me laughing during the procedure. I healed very nicely and the care I received has been excellent. My tooth cleaning was also very thorough and painless. I already can tell my gums are healthier after a week. I'm really grateful for the healthcare and the pleasant office experience. They also made sure I was aware of and consented to every aspect of my treatment plan along the way. This includes knowing what my cost will be prior to the procedure. Everyone I've met there is kind and knowledgeable, and especially when I was a little nervous it's really nice to hear the laughter in the office. I was referred by my (very discerning) dad and I recommend him to everyone. P.S. Dr. Gyampo thanked his (fantastic) assistants every time he asked for something during my procedures. I really appreciate that about his character... And if I'm going to let someone pull the teeth out of my jaw, I especially value that quality.

I had a bad new patient experience here last February. They were half an hour behind and I stayed almost an hour longer than my original appointment. I felt hounded by the numerous "Leave us a Google review!" signs and even the dentist asked me to leave a review. They used this new-fangled tech to get X-rays of my teeth and explained that AI could identify all the problem areas. They said I had 6 "baby" cavities and recommended some medicine that would cost $600 after insurance and also recommended I come in the following week for a filling. They also gave me a $25 prescription toothpaste. My previous dentist hadn't found anything wrong with my teeth in 10 years so I didn't really trust this new recommendation, but I also didn't know really know any better so I agreed to the medicine and the toothpaste. However, I cancelled the filling appointment when I realized they were taking advantage of me. The doctor also gave me this long spiel of how he grew up in Africa and pursued dentistry in the US and I really didn't care. I guess he was trying to make it sound like he came from humble origins and that was supposed to make me trust this place. I decided not to return and found a new dentist and they were so much more prompt, didn't emphasize the need for reviews, were very friendly without overdoing it, and assured me that my teeth are fine.

My first visit to Providence Smiles was truly an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Gyampo and his entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive, and they took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about my care. I’m so grateful to be starting this journey toward a healthier, brighter smile, and I’m especially excited to begin my Invisalign treatment! Very nice clean and bright Dental Practice. Pleasant and conducive atmosphere with two sweet young ladies who welcome you in to make sure all your paperwork is correct. Emory was very sweet and welcoming as she gave step by step instructions as to what she would be doing. Dr. G is cool.

I truly appreciate how I was handled from every member that I encountered. They fully listened, heard, and repeated back all the information I had given. I was treated with compassion and my dignity was still intact from beginning to end of appointment. If you have high levels of anxiety, disability, or are more sizable like me, this is where you want to go. I recommend them to everyone, and the payment plan is affordable I give a 10/10.
