Bull City Dental goes beyond what is just necessary to ensure the most applicable comfort and dental service for their patients. Also, any patient questions are responded to with comprehensive, informative and kind responses. I'm so grateful for their dental care.

I had the best experience at Bull City Dental. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with a lovely smile and made to feel completely comfortable. Everyone made sure to communicate with me during every step of the process so I knew what to expect. Their use of technology made my exam easy and relaxing. For the first time, I’m looking forward to going back to a dental office. I would recommend them to everyone!!

I had a disappointing experience with this office due to unclear billing practices. Before my visit, I was not given a clear estimate of total costs after insurance, and no one explained that I would be responsible for a significantly higher balance later. After treatment, I received an unexpected bill that was much higher than anticipated. This lack of transparency made it difficult to make an informed decision about my care. I would strongly recommend that this office improve communication around insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs before performing procedures. Patients deserve to understand the full financial picture upfront.

Bianca is a fabulous hygienist!! As is Jamie!! They do a great job and we laugh and talk(I sorta mumble) throughout the appointment. Dr. Kemp is friendly, efficient and so very good at all that she does!! And the folks on the front desk are so warm and friendly, plus excellent at their jobs!! Don’t hesitate to start going to Bull City Dental!! P.S ~ I drive 40 minutes just so I can have the privilege of going to BULL CITY DENTAL!!
