We transitioned from Mol Orthodontics to Hoopes Orthodontics when the business ownership changed and have since enrolled our 2nd child in their care. Dr. Hoopes is the real deal; he is clearly invested in creating a great experience and great product for his clients through his business. Every scheduled appointment has been on-time (the patient coordinator team is a well-oiled machine!); we receive quick and helpful responses when issues have come up (including a braces issue while out of town) or rescheduling is necessary. Every clinical assistant has been knowledgeable, personable, clear in their recommendations/expectations. We are very happy with our decision to work with them and look forward to the end results when treatments are complete!

From the moment I walked in, I had an excellent experience. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Hoopes took the time to explain my treatment options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my care. The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently, which made every visit a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate the kindness, expertise, and attention to detail from everyone on the team. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care!

If I could give Dr. Hoopes and his staff more stars I would. Such a pleasant experience. Great communication both in patient instruction and throughout the process with scheduling reminders etc. And, I could also not be happier with my new smile!
