From the moment I walked in, I had an excellent experience. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Hoopes took the time to explain my treatment options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my care. The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently, which made every visit a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate the kindness, expertise, and attention to detail from everyone on the team. We transitioned from Mol Orthodontics to Hoopes Orthodontics when the business ownership changed and have since enrolled our 2nd child in their care. Dr. Hoopes is the real deal; he is clearly invested in creating a great experience and great product for his clients through his business. Every scheduled appointment has been on-time (the patient coordinator team is a well-oiled machine!); we receive quick and helpful responses when issues have come up (including a braces issue while out of town) or rescheduling is necessary. Every clinical assistant has been knowledgeable, personable, clear in their recommendations/expectations. We are very happy with our decision to work with them and look forward to the end results when treatments are complete!

Five stars aren’t enough! I began my orthodontic treatment in 2023 with Dr. Mol, and from the very beginning I received attentive care and truly professional treatment. When Dr. Hoopes took over, the level of excellence continued seamlessly. The entire team at Hoopes Orthodontics is incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. Every visit felt organized, supportive, and reassuring. I feel very fortunate to have both started and completed my treatment here. I cannot overstate how great this team is. I went through adult braces (Invisalign first, then regular braces) as part of a larger jaw surgery process due to a very misaligned bite. Every single person in this office is passionate and very kind, and I feel they really deeply care about my journey. From the greeting at the door to the time in the chair, I feel safe and secure - which, for someone with a lot of dental trauma, is very important. They helped me get through a pretty overwhelming experience, hugged me when I cried, and celebrated with me when we reached the end. I wouldn't trust anyone else!
