Loveland Dental Group – Concord

I just moved to Concord from the north and was unsure of this place. However, upon reading the reviews and looking at their website, I decided to give it a go. Making an appointment was super easy with their text service. You don’t have to stay on phone calls with them on hold or waiting for a callback. When I walked in the office, I was very impressed with how beautiful and welcoming the office is. The front desk check-in person was super nice and quick. Everything is so updated. I had my cleaning with Renee and that is probably the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She was extremely down to earth and very professional.. She listened to my concerns and noted everything appropriately. I saw Dr. Bonner and he was excellent as well. He addressed all my concerns and laid out a plan. Even the exit process with the checkout office and billing person was very professional. If you were on the fence about scheduling an appointment, don’t think twice. They will be my go to for all dental care from here on out!

I can see why this place came so recommended. I've just moved from the UK and have been researching a ton to find a good dentist. I am SO glad I chose Loveland Concord. I had my first appointment yesterday morning after they fit me in as I had a bit of an emergency - and everyone from the administrative staff, to Addi the Hygienist and Dr Bonner were so warm, compassionate and caring. I couldn't have a normal new patient appointment because we found out I fractured my tooth, but I was thoroughly examined and they got me in to a see specialist that morning for an emergency root canal. They even helped me by calling ahead and setting it all up. Dr Bonner was really reassuring and I left feeling genuinely cared for. Seriously this place is wonderful and there's a reason it's so highly recommended by people. I feel very blessed to now be a patient there.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the dental office that I visited today called Loveland Dental Group. My first impression was very positive. The receptionist greeted me warmly and offered a hot coffee as the weather has been rather chilly lately. The restroom was pointed out to me as well. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable with modern decor. After a very short wait, only due to my early arrival, I was greeted by a very personable young lady named Addie. She remained very pleasant during my entire visit as we spent over an hour together during my very thorough examination, plethora of x-rays and the best cleaning I’ve ever had during my lifetime of dental visits. Addie has a way of making you feel at ease . She has a friendly and polite personality that was appreciated since I was raised by parents that taught respect and manners. Addie explained everything clearly and I never felt any pain or discomfort. It is very obvious that Addie is highly skilled and most likely graduated at the top of her class.

Deanna Helms has the best chair-side manner. She's so gentle and thorough. I've never really had any preferences for a specific hygienist b/c Dr Pat trained all of hers to be light-handed like herself. I have been her patient since her shingle was hung here in Concord. Y'all are the best, so keep training them like Dr. Pat did.

Ms. Addison “Addie” Jones was an incredible hygienist. First time I’ve been to the dentist and didn’t feel ashamed or judged. She took the time to throughly explain answers to the questions I had, and if she didn’t have an answer, she pointed me in the direction of someone who did. Dr. Erickson was professional, nice and helped explain a treatment plan and really listened to my concerns. I was very impressed with Loveland and look forward to completing my dental plans with them.
