Branchview Dental Care

Let me start with I have other dental procedures at other places in the past that left me terribly afraid of the dentist. After years of putting off deep cleanings I finally came in for a consultation and scheduled the needed appointment. I was meet with the up most support and genuine kindness! I expressed my fear and concern and was reassured with confidence that they would make me comfortable, they exceeded all expectations. In full transparency it’s embarrassing to be an adult with fear of what most consider simple maintenance. But they cared, now I felt so much better and enjoy my smile without feeling self conscious. Thank you to the full staff! I can’t tell you that enough.

I recently moved to Charlotte and was dreading finding a new dentist because I went to an awesome office in Cary (s/o to Cary Lee Family Dentistry). I’m so so glad I stumbled upon Branchview on Google. Carrie and Dr. Santiago were phenomenal. They were so knowledgeable, literally answered every question I had, and were so sweet. I highly recommend!

Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic!!!! Had to find a place for an emergency visit, they worked me in without a hitch, then had to have an emergency extraction.....which was stressful to say the least..... but they were so good it was honestly the quickest easiest dental procedure I've ever had! No joke, they're good at what they do!

My sister in law recommended them to me. I have only gone for a consultation but was very pleased by how friendly and thorough they were. Will definitely be using them as my dentist from now on!

Fantastic, compassionate care. They were extremely understanding of my hesitance for dental care in general and made me feel empowered. From Chloe the dental hygentist assistant, to Brooke M the dental hygienist, to Dr. Chu—a fantastic staff. 10/10. This office is the best (and I’ve been to quite a few locally)! Can’t beat their flexible schedule. I will be back!
