I wanted to start off by saying the staff here are wonderful! I came here to get my teeth straightened with Medicaid and have never had any issues. I have a convoluted engineering schedule so I had a few times where I had to cancel or move an appointment around and they do not charge a fee or anything they just want to help you out!! That's just the pleasantries though. That does not include how awesome and knowledgeable the staff is there. Dr. Ottey is most likely one of the most intelligent dentists/orthodontists I have ever met. She always knew everything and she knew exactly what to do. She is also very busy but makes sure to give everyone the time they deserve and her bedside manner is impeccable. When going here you do not only work with one orthodontic assistant but you work with someone different most trips. However everyone is very well trained and the whole office just has a great vibe. The place feels like I am in an episode of the view and its AWESOME. Just a very energetic place with everyone doing their jobs very competently. For a long stretch of my appointments I had Ms. Billy, she was very stupendous and made sure everything was always correct. Her bedside manner was wonderful and she was easy to talk to. Along with this though she is very meticulous in how she operates making sure everything will be good for the next visit and that everything will be durable. With her and everyone else in the room I was always fully informed along the process and always felt like I was heard. Also if you do well on your treatment they will take them off early which is a nice bonus!! I would recommend this place to anyone especially after hearing other peoples experiences with their orthodontic professionals.

Everyone is so nice, very professional and welcoming! I would definetly recommend them!! My oldest daughter went there too and I loved the results! :)

The entire office staff is fantastic. Dr Ottey is always clear in communication and helped us through a difficult clear aligner journey to actual braces. They went the extra mile in sourcing white ceramic braces for my pageant girl. Billie is the best! She always talks my daughter and I through the appt and what next steps are. Highly recommend this office!

Terrible interaction. Less than a year after having retainer bonded, it’s falling off my teeth. The wanted over $300 to replace it. What a racquet, they don’t stand behind their work and only care about making more money off you when their dental work fails to sustain daily wear. For comparison my prior retainer was in place for 15 years. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE I know, it’s sad how medical professionals can be so careless about others health.

I had a consultation and my nephson had one and I decided to move forward with braces . I had a specific request and they were able to fulfill it . I’m so glad that God orchestrated our paths to cross because we’re family now ! Ty for taking good care of me from the beginning, I’m getting used to my braces and I’m grateful that you all are helping me maximize my smile . I appreciate you all. I know the finished product will be even more beautiful, because I’m in good hands . Looking forward to this beautiful journey together Dr Ottey and all staff at my orthodontist yall are amazing .
