I have been coming here for years and I have always been treated well! The staff always explain what they are doing and what steps they are going to take so that I am not confused! Shout out to Ciera who helped with my last x-rays as well! They came out so well! I highly recommend!

I am disappointed and concerned regarding the abrupt closure of your dental office. As a former patient, I valued the dental care I received. However, the recent closure, particularly given services I had pre-paid for, has been deeply troubling. Specifically, I paid $500 for a 5-year retainer insurance policy, which guaranteed replacements for lost or damaged retainers. When I recently needed a replacement, I found the office closed without any explanation, notification, or plan for patients like myself who had invested in your services. The lack of communication, the absence of a transfer plan to another practice, and the failure to honor pre-paid agreements demonstrate a severe lack of professionalism. I am seeking a full refund for the retainer insurance policy I purchased.

Staff is and was very pleasant. My main complaint in their availability, the days and operating hours are extremely limited, it makes it impossible to be seen. Aside from that they are closing abruptly (9/23) but still attempting to collect payments? They could not accommodate my appointments for up to 6-8 weeks in advance, how are you going to fit me in, in a matter of 3 weeks? I have made 2 payments for my braces with this office which I won’t be able to be seen for (because their shutting down), no one has reach backed out to discuss how the money will be allocated!

From the first time making the phone call to schedule my appointment Katie was awesome with finding a day and time that accommodated my busy schedule. I went and was received a warm greeting and the best customer service and experience I have ever received. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly, I felt like I was around family. I was able to get my consult and start my journey to fix my smile all at the same appointment. Casey and the Dr were awesome and made sure I was comfort throughout the procedure. I definitely recommend University Orthodontics and will be taking my 11 year old daughter in April so we she can start her journey as well. Great place, warm and friendly atmosphere and great pricing!!!!

When you first walk into the office, it makes you really interested in finding out more about it. At least, that’s how i felt. It’s clean and contemporary, with plenty of seating and a water and coffee station in case there’s a wait. However, I was greeted within 2 minutes. Kati is an absolute gem! She made me feel so welcome and at ease as soon as I walked in the door. Doing pictures was a little uncomfortable but the staff did it as quickly as possible. It’s necessary after all. Dr. James was very informative and took the time to explain my treatment. But the best part was how kind and excited everyone was. They’re obviously passionate about their work, and they were excited for me for getting braces when I’ve wanted them for so long. They really care! Highly recommended!!!
