Amazing orthodontist! From the first visit, everyone made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions, worked with my schedule, and the treatment went smooth. It was a great experience since day 1 to the end of the treatment. My smile looks so much better now. highly recommend! Thank you for the great treatment Dr Cooper!
My experience with Dr. Cooper has been PHENOMENAL! I went to numerous orthodontist and they all said that I needed surgery. Luckily I found Dr. Cooper and was able to work with me and helped me with my now beautiful smile without ANY surgery. The staff is always so welcoming as well! 5 stars !
I had a great experience with Dr. Cooper and I highly recommend him. I switched to his services after being unhappy with orthodontic care I received elsewhere. He provided great care and he is always happy to take as much time as needed to explain the plan and answer questions. I know he's passionate about what he does because when I was impatient to get my braces off, he wanted to make sure everything was perfect first so I would be happy with my result. I just recently got my braces off and my teeth look amazing! Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this business.
I’ve been a patient at this office for some time, and unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Cooper has been consistently negative. Each visit causes me a great deal of anxiety due to his rude and abrupt demeanor. It’s unsettling to feel nervous and on edge when seeking treatment. Additionally, I’ve been told conflicting information about my treatment plan—being told it’s ending, only for things to change unexpectedly, which creates confusion and stress. I have been in braces for about five years and feel as though I have not received clear guidance on my treatment plan. Each visit requires me to travel over an hour and a half, only to have a brief appointment without meaningful progress or updates. This lack of communication has been frustrating and discouraging. I am also concerned that I did not receive any follow-ups or call-backs regarding my appointments. Dr. Copper removed my braces the first time so that I could proceed with a tooth implant. However, when I visited another doctor, I was informed that Dr. Copper had not properly prepared my mouth for the procedure. As a result, Dr. Copper needed to put another set of braces on at no cost. During this period, I felt that I was repeatedly given the runaround, and due to the need to correct his own mistakes, it seemed as though my dental health was not a priority. This ongoing uncertainty has left me feeling disheartened and concerned about the quality of my care. Today, on November 19, 2025, I came to Dr. Cooper’s office to have my braces removed. After the braces were taken off, I was given my retainers. I immediately noticed that the retainers did not include a false tooth. This was confusing because when Dr. Cooper previously made a mistake with my first set of braces and provided new retainers, my mother paid to have a false tooth included. I do not understand why this same consideration was not provided with the second set of braces, especially since he corrected them at no cost. When I asked, “Why do I not have a tooth in my retainer?” the dental assistant told me that it would be a separate process. I was upset because I felt this process should have been completed beforehand. I became extremely emotional in the office, crying and just wanting clear answers and proper help. Despite my distress, Dr. Cooper did not come to speak with me, provide an explanation, or attempt to assist. However, the office manager, Mrs. Alisha, did step in and offered to help me. On a more positive note, the front desk staff has always been courteous, respectful, and helpful. I truly appreciate their professionalism. That said, I cannot recommend this office for orthodontic care. I regret not continuing my treatment with Dr. Murdock, and now understand why the split happened. Please think carefully before starting treatment here—it’s your time, money, and peace of mind.
My name is Rich, and after 2 years of wearing braces, I can confidently say the journey was worth every moment thanks entirely to the exceptional team at OrthoCare Orthodontics, led by the amazing Dr. Cooper. From day one, I was met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Dr. Cooper isn’t just highly skilled — he’s a true perfectionist in the best way possible. His attention to detail is extraordinary, and it’s clear that he approaches every patient with a personalized plan and a sincere commitment to delivering the absolute best results. My new smile is a testament to that dedication, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The entire staff at Orthocare deserves just as much praise. Every appointment was smooth and timely, with a team that made me feel like more than just another patient. Whether it was a routine check-up or a detailed adjustment, I was always treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism. You can tell this is a practice where excellence is the standard and they deliver on it every single time. What really stood out to me was the level of service and consistency. There were no surprises, no rushed visits, and never a moment where I felt uninformed. The team communicated clearly, kept me on track with my treatment goals, and made the whole process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable for braces! If you’re considering orthodontic care and want results that not only meet but exceed your expectations, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cooper and Orthocare Orthodontics.
