My grandson and I always, and I mean always have such a warm positive experience here, all of the staff, especially Dr. Burrow's sons, who are so genuinely down to earth, they make me feel like I'm a part of their family, they always take time out to chat with me and it's not a rushed thing it's very genuine! I would recommend anyone who needs any type of orthodontic work to come to Burrow Welch and Cups office! The entire staff is wonderful from the time you walk in the door ... And there's not a long wait they are very proficient and timely. My grandson loves his colorful bands!

I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Britney Welch, Orthodontic Dentist, at Lume Orthodontics (formerly Burrow, Welch & Culp Orthodontics), and I am beyond excited to begin my orthodontic journey with her! I originally had braces over 30 years ago, so this is my second time around—but now as an adult, and Dr. Welch made the entire experience feel reassuring, empowering, and exciting. From the moment we met, she was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my orthodontic needs, making me feel completely confident and at ease. Although I initially wanted Invisalign, Dr. Welch carefully explained why traditional wire braces would produce the best results for my specific case—especially considering my long-term goal of having my teeth properly aligned for a lower implant tooth I will need after treatment. Her explanation was clear, detailed, and honest. I truly valued her experience and expertise as an orthodontic dentist, and I trusted her recommendation wholeheartedly. And honestly, seeing her beautiful smile made me even more excited about the outcome I can expect! The entire staff was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and professional, making today’s visit an absolute pleasure from start to finish. You can genuinely feel the care and teamwork throughout the office. I also want to share that all four of my children were patients of Dr. Jack Burrow, and although he is not in the office often now, Dr. Welch, Sam Burrow, Alex Burrow, and the entire team at this practice are absolutely phenomenal. The level of consistency, professionalism, and excellence across the providers truly speaks volumes. If you are looking for top-tier orthodontic care, I cannot recommend Dr. Britney Welch at Lume Orthodontics highly enough. This practice delivers exceptional care, expertise, and warmth—and I am so grateful to be in such amazing hands.

I love my experience each and every time I Have an ortho visit. Today I had a dentist appointment. They were able to take my braces off and put my wires back on after my dental appointment even though I didn’t have a schedule appointment until Friday, which is two days later. I’m highly grateful and thankful for them and they are super cool when you’re going to the office they treat you just my family. This is something that I really enjoy about Lume, which is the old burrow- Welch. My smile looks totally different from the day. I walked in versus now and I am absolutely impressed by the work they have done.

Amazing service and a great team! They made me feel comfortable and took great care of me.👏🏽👏🏽 The orthodontist was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. My latest visit to Lume Orthodontics was a very good one. I received my last set (hopefully) of liners for Visa line and was told my process is going well and everything is looking good! I'm glad I choose Lume Orthodontics for this procedure! Everyone is very nice and very helpful.
