I began my Invisalign treatment at Lineberger Orthodontics yesterday December 17th, and I’m already impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the process has been seamless and efficient. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every step feel easy and comfortable. Although my teeth are already in great shape and people often comment on how perfect they look, I’ve decided to undergo Invisalign to fix a few quirks. These include a slight overbite, some minor spacing issues that have appeared as I’ve gotten older, and a bottom tooth that protrudes just a bit. It’s these small details that I’m hoping to perfect through the treatment, and I feel confident that Lineberger is the right place to help me achieve that. The staff has made sure to explain everything thoroughly, and I feel well supported in the early stages of my treatment. I’ve been hearing a lot of questions online from others about what exactly am I aligning since my teeth seem to be in good shape, but I’m looking forward to seeing the subtle improvements over time. Even the little touches, like the complimentary cookies and water, show how thoughtful they are about making their patients comfortable. After being with them for years and receiving this same level of care consistently, I can confidently say I trust them and truly feel like they have my best interest at heart. Lineberger Orthodontics has a super cool, friendly, and welcoming environment! You can truly tell everyone loves what they do. Dr. Claire is amazing and really listens to your goals so she can help you achieve exactly what you are wanting. Cici is the absolute best with the kindest attitude and biggest smile. Great first experience getting my Invisalign aligners fitted today! The team was welcoming, professional, and explained every step of the process clearly. I’ve been to this office several times and this AM I had a last minute emergency to which CiCi jumped into action to help me. Immediately let me come to the office, gave her opinion, had a quick fix and had me out in 15-20 mins. I truly appreciate an office and staff that cares about their clients no matter how often or not they see them. I’ll be a loyal patient of theirs for years to come! Thank you CiCi!
