My daughter had a severe underbite. Well now her teeth 😬 are positioned exactly where they are supposed to be. We have used Pooler and Rincon depending upon work and school schedules. I must say both locations are very nice and well accommodating for working parents and kids in school. Definitely recommend 👌🏽 Love my daughters smile. Thank you Dr. Clayton and Dr. Waters. You both are awesome and love the communication you have when I had so many questions. See you in a year for my son 💙

My experience at this establishment was initially prompted by the obvious, interest in orthodontic treatment. The first contact was initiated after a call where i was told to come in to gain more information. I was treated to water, which was nice and was then led to a room where I received a 3d scan of my teeth. Afterwards I spoke with the manager I assume to go over preference of treatment. The Doctor then came in for a brief observation of my teeth and displayed a visualization of my results upon treatment completion. With this being my first contact with orthodontics I assumed nothing from this experience but later saw how weird this experience was. Through the 3d visuals you could see that i had cavities that i was currently getting filled one by one, which the doctor acknowledged but then told me that i could still start my braces treatment the same day. I admit that i should have waited but the acknowledgment from a trusted medical professional bore no red flags. Afterwards I went over payment options and provided a down payment of $1000 towards the total 5/7k and some change of the total procedure to lower the monthly payments. I was then sent to the waiting room to pick out colors and then led to an open room where other procedures occurred. 10 days into my treatment, my dentist was bewildered to see that i had braces and told me that my ortho should have advised me to finish any cavity treatments before starting ortho work. I was shocked 26 total days into my treatment i decided to switch to invisalign due to conversations with my dentist, flossing being a tedious task and also my relocation so i called the office. The office of course tried to offer treatment for my queries at their location but i declined due to the aforementioned. I was sent a final report including itemized costs of every part of my procedure. This is where i found an error. The person who i spoke with neglected to deduct the initial $1000 down payment and additionally kept the $1000 payment from my insurance which automatically goes towards the start of ortho procedures. I contacted my insurance and they referred me back to the office where whomever I spoke with tried to belittle me and claimed rights to my hard earned money. With Georgia being a one party consent state, I recorded my whole experience but this back and forth prolonged as they refused to refund what I was owed. After countless emails where i even provided all receipts and my persistence, some form of facility manager refunded my $1000 back to my insurance company. Although my experience in getting service was warm, which is expected when one party is gaining some sort of profit, the lack of professionalism, belittling, and greed I received in the end was disappointing especially as an aspiring medical professional. This allowed me to put myself into the position of what many individuals have experienced in healthcare in general where these facilities prioritize monetary profits rather than care in general, a shame.

From day one, the service at Innovative Orthodontics in Rincon, GA has been absolutely outstanding! Everyone from the front desk staff to the technician who does the work has been kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Clayton is amazing! If you’re looking for a place for orthodontic care, this is the one! They truly care about their patients and make you feel valued every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the staff at Innovative Orthodontics! Everyone is so friendly. The office is nicely decorated. They have a coffee bar and water, and comfy chairs while you wait. Most importantly their treatment services are amazing! My daughter actually enjoys going to her appointments. Wish I had known about them when my son was in braces. I recommend them to anyone that's in search of an orthodontist office! 😍😍😍

I love everyone at Innovative. From the first appointment they have been great. Patient answering all my questions. Ms. Beverly is probably my favorite person. She was made for her job. I have 1 child in braces and 1 fresh out. Appointments are easy to schedule, reschedule and they always remind me. I'm even contemplating braces for myself. By far best experience I've ever had in any office.
