I had braces from this establishment no problem at all for the 2 years I’ve been with them. However, I came in today looking to get new retainers with my old mold in hand. A simple drop off and pay procedure. I am at the pooler location which is apparently not open today but instead of coming upfront or just letting me drop off my retainers (literally nothing more than that) there is a lady hiding underneath her desk? I don’t understand this situation at all. Why is she hiding underneath her desk with her head peaking out to see if I’m still there? Be professional, completely blew me.

I like this place they always do good in my braces and when everytime I break my brackets by accident they don’t get mad it is very nice

Round 2 with braces for me so I am not new to this experience. I was referred to this amazing office and wonderful staff to help me correct my smile again. Came in for my consultation, quick and easy and had my braces put on two weeks later. Everything went so smooth from the initial consultation to my first appointment! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The Dr’s are so knowledgeable and will guide your treatment plan just the way you need to make you feel confident about your smile again. Excited about my journey :)

Awesome experience for my daughter who just got her braces removed. We switched to Broderick Dusek & DeLeon as a 2nd opinion and are super happy of the results. They even saved my daughters adult teeth which another Orthodontist wanted to pull before installing braces. We highly recommend.

this office is so great! as someone who has braces and gets to actually interact with the staff, they are all amazing! they are so sweet and always let me know what’s going on and what to look forward to. i would never recommend anyone else! i had to reschedule my original appointment to get my braces color changed for prom and they did not disappoint! they fit me as soon as they could and got the job done! although they work so hard they never complain and i always have a great experice going in there! i know the orthodontist it’s mt the most exciting place to be but they always make it worth it! thank you so much for cooperating with and helping me prepare for my special day💗
