They took their time to thoroughly explain everything that needed to be done and showed me my X-rays immediately, making the whole process clear and transparent. Their honesty and upfront approach made me feel confident in their care. I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so today after witnessing how Connolly Orthodontics dealt with an unpleasant, yet very public confrontational situation. Someone swearing and berating the staff is never what I expect when walking into doctor's office with my two kids and it certainly caused my family to be uncomfortable today. However, the calm and professional way the staff removed the situation is to be applauded. This showed me how they make sure their patients/families receive their treatment in a safe environment, free of profanity, threatening behavior and chaos. We have been coming to Dr. Connolly for years and can not thank him enough for exceptional service everytime!

I personally love it here. I have never had been welcomed negatively which is a really big plus. I love the fact that everyone treat people who come in with amazing levels of attention to detail. I’m almost done with my braces process and have never had anything to complain about. If I have made it clear enough I love this place! I love Baliantyne.

Fabulous office and staff! Clean, professional but most importantly - caring. They take the time to walk us through each step of the process and make sure that both my daughter and I are comfortable. Grateful for the warm and welcoming environment!
