Was able to get a same day appointment early on a monday morning. Office staff was polite. Location was easy to access and park. The orthotech was friendly. X ray was super quick and nice staff. The PA came in, explained the x ray results, and suggested a treatment plan. It was professional and thorough.

I really appreciate Dr. Ahearn. His communication style is very relaxed, informative and friendly. That said, he covers all the facts and listens to my concerns. Last, but not least, he doesn't jump into surgery recommendations without exploring alternatives. I would recommend him to anyone needing an Ortho consult.

Everyone from sign in through leaving were very nice and helpful. The x-rays tech was so sweet and patient as she positioned my foot for different views. Dr Todd Irwin is very kind and caring. He listens to what I have to say and provides excellent advice. I highly recommend him if you need a good foot orthopedic doctor.

Very nice and attentive staff. I checked in via the portal and was seem quickly. I was offered to buy a wrist brace for my treatment and asked twice for the price. Was told insurance would cover it and if not, I could bring it back. I didn’t get notification of the insurance payment until after 7 days and the charge was denied. $63 wrist brace that retails for $20. I think they should be more forthcoming with the prices etc.

The staff took care of my needs with care and efficiency. Everyone was friendly and attentive including Dr Bowman. He took time to address my concerns and offered a couple of options. Would recommend.
