ClearSmile Orthodontics is hands down the BEST. I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and every single visit has been phenomenal. The team is beyond attentive, and no matter who helps me, they’re always completely up to date on my treatment—no repeating yourself, no gaps, just amazing care. My braces journey was flawless from start to finish, and even almost a year later when I came back to get refitted for a retainer, it felt like we picked up exactly where we left off. Same professionalism, same energy, same excellent service. I recommend ClearSmile to anyone and everyone who asks about orthodontic care. Truly impressed—10/10 experience across the board!

1-Star Review – Extremely Unprofessional and Misleading If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I had a very disappointing experience with ClearSmile. I scheduled an appointment on October 10 for December 17 at 3:00 PM. To attend this appointment, I took time off work, postponed important work to December 18 and the morning of December 19, and took an Uber to arrive on time. When I arrived for my appointment on 12/17 at 3:00 PM, the office was completely closed. No notice, no call, no email, no text — nothing. I went back to the office in person on 12/18, and the staff claimed they had tried to contact me by phone and text. This is not true. I received no calls, no texts, and no voicemails from the office. They then told me my only options were: • to come back on 12/19 at 8:30 AM, or • to reschedule all the way to January 2 I had already rearranged my work schedule once for this appointment, and now I was forced to rearrange my work again due to their failure to communicate. What makes this worse is that I have already paid for my treatment plan for over a year and a half, and my treatment has now been unnecessarily delayed because of their poor management and lack of accountability. This office showed: • no respect for patients’ time • no proper communication • and misleading explanations to avoid responsibility For a medical office, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend ClearSmile to anyone who values their time, work commitments, or continuity of care.

I had a great experience getting my bonded retainer placed here. The team got me in quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the process really comfortable. The retainer feels seamless and secure, and I left feeling so relieved. Highly recommend!
