I would rate my overall experience as average. Most of the doctors and ladies in the office have been pleasant, kind, and professional during my visits, and I appreciate the care I received from them. However, my experience has become more disappointing due to some communication issues. I had a situation where I was being charged due to what appeared to be a miscommunication with my insurance company on the office’s end, which was frustrating to resolve. More recently, I experienced another communication issue regarding my treatment and a re-initiation fee. While I understand policies are in place and I take responsibility for needing to reschedule appointments, I was disappointed that I was not informed beforehand that I was approaching a point where a significant additional fee would apply. My concern is less about the policy itself and more about the lack of communication surrounding it. Orthodontic treatment is already a significant financial commitment, as most people understand, so clear communication about potential additional costs is especially important. A simple message or conversation could have helped prevent the situation from escalating. What started as a positive experience has unfortunately become more frustrating because of these communication challenges. I hope the office can improve communication with patients moving forward, as the staff and doctors themselves have generally been pleasant to work with.

Clearsmile on South Blvd has been an absolute joy to work with. Each person in the office has ensured that I’ve had the best experience. For anyone who is debating on whether or not they should go ahead get their treatment started, do it.

This place was beyond exceptional. Dr Mason and sally were amazing and attentive to my braces as if it were there own . There were a few times when my bracket broke because I have a crown and everytime They handled me with kindness and attention. They did not ask for this review and I do not give reviews but I am beyond happy with my smiles and teeth and customer service . Please if you need braces and a smile correction visit this office in south end . Top tier

ClearSmile Orthodontics is hands down the BEST. I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and every single visit has been phenomenal. The team is beyond attentive, and no matter who helps me, they’re always completely up to date on my treatment—no repeating yourself, no gaps, just amazing care. I had a fabulous experience at Clearsmile! All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the treatment plan recommended to me was extremely affordable and easy to navigate with zero interest payment plans. I was impressed with the technology they use to take “impressions,” no more messy gooey trays, they used a handheld device that just scanned my teeth and created a digital impression. I would recommend this place if you are considering improving your smile!
