If I could give 6 stars I would! I'm thrilled to share my progress, six, to seven months into orthodontic treatment. I did have a huge setback due to Dry socket after an extraction, but we jumped right back on track once my extractions healed. This marks my fourth adjustment I believe, and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Albert Burrow for the first time at the Coswold office. I'm happy to say that my experience with him was simply awesome. Dr. Burrow meticulously examined my progress and bite before determining the next steps of treatment. Although I haven't reached the final result yet, it's looking like the final outcome will be a nice, wide arc smile, exactly what I envisioned and mentioned during the initial phases of my treatment. Yayyy!!! Both Dr. Burrow and his dental assistant were fantastic, working with gentle precision. A fun bonus: I got to customize my orthodontic accessories with elastomeric o-ties and continuous chains in my favorite colors, carefully sourced from a reputable supplier. Here's a comparison of my smile from the beginning of treatment to now…the progress feels amazing! Thank you to the entire team at Welchel & Culp.

everyone was so kind and appeared to speak softly and positive to the patients. they explained everything and my grandson said he was so relaxed during the putting on the braces.

All the staff were friendly. My daughter was super nervous about getting her braces and they all reassured her that everything would be ok. The staff gave different pointers, and advice. We left very well educated about the upkeep of her braces.

Although we had some misunderstandings about the treatment plan at the beginning of the treatment, our problem was resolved very quickly. Dr. Britney Welchel was very understanding of our concerns, prompt, thorough, and explanatory. Well, the high level of the clinic is shown not by the absence of problems, but by the response and ability to solve them. At the moment, the child is undergoing treatment and we are completely satisfied with the excellent attitude, friendly staff, and excellent service.

Dr. Burrow and his staff were phenomenal! They all were patient, kind, and so family oriented! My Grandson had a wonderful orthodontist assistant and so did I! Dr. Burrow showed me such kindness and favor, I was literally brought to tears for who and what Dr. Burrow stands for and how he treated me!
