This office is a very nice atmosphere to come to for dental work! It really makes a difference if the atmosphere is nice and clean and this location is all of the above! Stacy is THA-BOMB-DOT-COM! Her superior service was the deciding factor for me if I was going to stay with the dentist. She knows what she’s doing and is very thorough! She made coming to dentist a pleasurable experience! The doctor was also very gentle and made me feel very comfortable! He knew that I had some reservations because of previous experiences and he was patient enough with me that I felt comfortable and less anxious. The intake assistant was also very thorough and did a good job of explaining the day’s procedures with me. I highly recommend this location in Cary off Maynard road

I went in for a consult and received same day endo treatment! Dr. Sowji and her assistants, Nicole & Regina were absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I felt at home & safe with each of them. They talked me through each step and were very informative. HIGHLY recommend this team to everyone!!

I’ve had my fair share of dental anxiety over the years, but my experience at Riccobene Associates Family and Specialty Dentistry was a total game-changer. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and handled all the administrative details with impressive efficiency. The office itself is modern, incredibly clean, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The level of care I received from the clinical team was truly top-notch. My hygienist was gentle and thorough, and the dentist took the time to explain my X-rays in detail, answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a practice that balances high-tech dental care with such a warm, person-centered approach. I walked out feeling confident in my treatment plan and, for the first time in a long time, I’m actually not dreading my next cleaning. If you’re looking for a professional, compassionate team that treats you like family, I can’t recommend them enough!

What an EXCELLENT practice. I'm a BIG CHICKEN and the whole staff from reception to nurses, anesthesiologists and , most importantly. Dr. Irena Jorgenson, my oral surgeon, were the best!!! They calmed my worst fears, explained everything and had the best equipment in the business. The post surgerical meds were on target. I had to have 2 wisdom teeth pulled on the left side. At 59 years old, I was terribly frightened. But the professional manner and reassuring dispositions of the whole staff were amazing. I highly recommend this group for all your dental needs. Especially for old chickens like me who need a little extra TLC.

Let me start by saying after reading such positive reviews I was happy to schedule an appointment to be seen. Upon my first appointment, I was advised that X-rays were needed. I was taken to the room by a dental assistant that I won’t name but when we walked in she took my glasses and then proceeded to put a mouth guard over the area of the machine that I was to bite down on and she didn’t have any gloves on when she did that. That’s is a red flag there. No thought to hygiene at all. I then proceeded to have a filling done. Treatment plan was gone over and I then returned for a root canal that cost me $600.00 out of pocket. 1 week after having the root canal done, while eating yogurt the tooth that had the root canal broke. I was not given any instructions after the root canal. I had another treatment plan done and at this point spoke to the office manager who assured me that OSHA requires all professionals to wear gloves. I told her the dental assistant didn’t have them on that day. She basically dismissed my concerns and acted unconcerned.This entire process has been so frustrating from beginning to end. Needless to say, the tooth that I had a root canal done on now has to be pulled. It’s not salvageable. Not to mention for $600.00 I got a broken tooth.🦷 I will not ever go back to this establishment and will encourage others not to either. Waste of money, waste of time, and more pain in my mouth than I went in with.
