While the oral surgeon and medical team provided professional care and the procedure itself went fine, the front office management was disappointing. My consultation appointment ran 30 minutes late (no word) and there was a major communication breakdown regarding insurance. I pre-submitted my details two weeks ago, yet the front desk acted completely unaware of it today and offered no clarity on coverage. The lack of friendliness and helpfulness from the front desk made my wife and me feel like an inconvenience. The clinical team deserves 5 stars, but the front office significantly lowers the experience.

Absolutely wonderful! The staff and drs are so nice and thorough. Very knowledgeable . Office is clean too! Waiting isn't long if you have to wait. I would highly recommend them!

Dr.Taylor did a splendid job with my Mother's oral consult. She was dreadfully afraid that she had a mouth cancer. Her fears quickly stowed away by Dr Taylor's calm and effectual demeanor with expertise. Thank you all so much. All staff so very kind and helpful. What a beautiful office also!
