Gave me ultimately a great experience. I haven't been to the dentist in ten plus years and I was welcomed and all of my concerns and questions were answered. I'm especially appreciative to the people that helped work with my insurance and I will be back next week to get my crown at a much more affordable price than I thought it may be.

Kristen is super friendly and great at explaining everything. It had been 6 years since I've gone to any kind of dental appointment and she took great care of making sure I was comfortable. I also felt no judgment for the amount of time that I allowed to pass without having my teeth professionally cleaned.

They have a very welcoming environment and everyone there was very nice. Unfortunately, after seeing other dentists I was told I did not need some of the work done that I was told I needed here. Unsure what caused the confusion or such a large difference in what was needed. I was told I needed a crown and multiple more fillings that two other dentists I saw said they saw no need for. I had a filling done as well that then cracked my tooth, and when I went back in they told me that the filling was done too large which caused it to crack, but they still charged for the crown I then needed, even after admitting it was their fault. They also made an error in billing for my insurance and it caused a lot of confusion on what I owed and went back and forth on whether I overpaid or underpaid. I do believe I got some work done that was not needed which is unfortunate and I regret not getting a second opinion. My now dentist said I had zero work that needed to be done which is vastly different from CarolinasDentist. I do believe they are operating just for profit.

Oh My Gosh. I had a real dental emergency at 10:30pm on Thursday night this week. My right canine tooth just crumbled and fell out of my mouth. I was actually stunned as I had just been to my regular dentist a few months ago and had all the x-rays, etc. with no findings. I was also starting a brand-new job that following Monday. So here I am looking like a scary jack o'lantern, going into a weekend. Of course, I called my usual dentist and no one called me back. I called again, in the am, and no one called me back. So I called Carolina Dentists and was directed to the website to find the emergency appointment link. I did and found an opening in Cary. Got there at 11:30am on Friday. I was terrified they would tell me there was nothing they could do. Instead a Dental Assistant named Jenny introduced herself and just got going. She was like a fantastic, competent angel. Dentist David Dudleck then came in and the same. OMG. They were fast, thorough, kind, funny, and reassuring. I left around 1pm and told to come back to finish the repair at 3pm. I left at 5:15 with a brand-new perfect canine tooth. No drama, no surprises, no pain. The office staff were also lovely. Guess what. I now have a new dental service.
