Dr. Ritter is simply outstanding. I have had the pleasure of being under her orthodontic care, intermittently, over the course of about 21 years. In addition to myself, Dr. Ritter has treated four other family members of mine - all with an exceptional level of care. Not only is Dr. Ritter brilliant in her orthodontic planning, but she is also patient, kind, and genuine. Her team members are also exceptional (special thanks to Vicki, Jess, Sarah, & Rebecca). Each team member is adept, friendly, and professional. I have truly been in the most capable and caring hands and I give my highest recommendation to Dr. Ritter for any individual or family considering orthodontic care in the Triangle area.

I have been seeing Dr. Ritter for over 2 yrs. and she was is an absolute treat! The staff treat me with so much dignity and respect and they are very attentive to my needs. From start to finish Jess and Brittany have been my faves they are very personable and awesome as well. I am going to love my new smile. But it is bittersweet because I will miss coming and seeing everyone in the office.

Everyone we’ve interacted with at the office has been so kind and considerate. Dr Ritter is very conscientious in her treatment plans to be sure you get the best treatment option while also weighing the pros and cons of cost vs benefit which I really appreciate. She gives a full explanation and patiently answers any questions you have so you understand what is being recommended and why. Overall we are really happy with this practice!

Dr. Ritter is awesome and her staff is amazing. Our lil one just completed her braces and we are very happy with the outcome. Will definitely recommend.
