Blue Ridge Orthodontics - Oral Surgery

Had my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Mohammad. I usually don’t do reviews but I did want to share my experience. The office is beautiful and the staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. As a healthcare provider, I completely understand busy days and the workflow of the system. However, from the moment I first met Dr. Mohammad I was highly unimpressed. The lack of seem to care was very present. Before the surgery he walked in and asked has anyone explained the post op instructions. When I said no he hastily went through what I could and could not eat. He never finished asking if I had any questions. He began to turn around and walk out of the room when I had to interrupt and ask my questions. After having my iv started and him returning into the room he did not say all but three words to me. The huge thing I did not appreciate and I could NEVER imagine doing to a patient of my own is when he pushed my iv sedation he never said what he was pushing or gave my any warning to being put under soon. The lack of bedside manner was actually astonishing. I’m not sure where all the five star reviews for this practice come from, hopefully this was just a one off incident.

I couldn't of asked for a better experience for my wisdom teeth removal! Dr.Mohammed is so chill and that energy is appreciated when you're super anxious! the whole staff was so warming, it was all so reassuring , making an unpleasant experience quite pleasant! was super fast and im healing lovely! truly happy i found BRO and chose them for this process and will be back for the upper two! Thank you!!

Dr. was rude!! He had no bedside manner. He treated my daughter like she was garbage. He then prescribed my daughter a medication that we told them she is allergic to, and listed on the paperwork that she was allergic to. Staff was great! TERRIBLE SURGEON!!!

BRO did my son’s wisdom teeth removal. He was extremely nervous about the procedure due to having a a previous bad experience with anesthesia that caused him to feel the procedure without being able to tell anyone. The BRO team was compassionate to his situation. Provided medication to take prior to his procedure to reduce his anxiety, a warm welcome when he arrived, comfortable experience during the procedure and well wishes after. He has stated that he is amazed that a procedure could go so well. As his mom I am thankful for the BRO team and the care and compassion they showed my son!

I found out about Blue Ridge through google and I am so grateful I decided to choose them for my wisdom teeth extraction! Not only is the entire staff kind, caring, and gentle, but I truly have had such a positive experience getting my first surgery ever done here. I never felt like my 1000 questions were too much for them and my surgery went perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend Blue Ridge for all of your oral surgery needs! Thank you B.R.O!
