Columbia Orthodontics

My experience with Columbia Orthodontics was great. I started my phase II treatment here, and within two years I had my braces removed and I had an improved smile. The staff is sweet and the two doctors, Dr. Lu and Dr. Lai, are very diligent and attentive to their patient's needs. Whenever one of my braces was loose or a wire was sticking out, all I had to do was phone the office for an appointment and I could get everything patched up by the following week.

I have been going to Columbia Orthodontics for almost three years after being recommended by a friend, and I have had nothing but good experiences. They are all very friendly and provide great costumer service. They were very organized, and my appointments always went very well and scheduling future appointments was always easy. They are extremely reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.

I started the invisalign treatment last January and completed it after 12 months. The results are amazing! Before the treatment, my upper arch had some gaps that made it look as if I had missing teeth, and my lower arch has one tooth that grows in an incorrect position. After accepting Dr Lu and Dr. Lai’s treatment, those problems were completely gone without huge pain! So far I am very satisfied my outcome! Also, staff there are nice and very helpful, they take emergency issues quickly and are willing to assist all type of questions and concerns during the treatment. As most of people said this is a busy place that you will need extra time on waiting, but on the other hand it means they are very good in this field so everybody comes for it! Highly recommended to those who are looking for a professional team for invisalign and braces.
