Tribeca Dental Care

This place is awesome. Their Invisalign price is very good compared to what other Manhattan dentists quoted me (literally 3 times less than one place). They have dependable service and a flexible schedule. When I finished up my Invisalign treatment, they also replaced 2 very visible fillings in my front teeth. They look SO MUCH better now. I’ve had fillings in those teeth for years and I have never liked how they looked until now. All this to say, if you want to do a ‘smile renovation,’ definitely choose a cosmetic dentist like this place.

Everybody was so kind, helpful, professional, and well skilled. The receptionist was outstanding with being so patient with me. Dr. David was marvelous even calling me by my preferred name. He explained everything to me with such clarity and kindness. I wish Tribeca excepted my PPO -Emblem Plan I would love to make Tribeca my regular dental support, but they don't :(

I cannot say enough great things about Tribeca Dental Care. From the moment you walk in, the experience is professional, welcoming, and calming. Dr. Tang is truly exceptional. I used to hate going to the dentist and felt a lot of fear and anxiety, but Dr. Tang completely changed that for me. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions, and most importantly provides painless, high-quality care. I felt safe, heard, and extremely well taken care of. David, the hygienist/assistant, is fantastic, very gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. He made the experience smooth and comfortable. A big thank you as well to Diane at the front desk. She is professional, kind, and incredibly helpful, making scheduling and check-in stress-free. Because of this team, I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, something I never thought I’d say. Highly recommend Tribeca Dental Care to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a compassionate and skilled team.

I live in Aspen ang take care of my teeth in this professional clinic for over 10 years. Cleaning, feelings and even an implant. The staff from reception to doctors is awesome , kind and professional. I highly recommend this clinic and will continue to have them take care of me even when living far away . Thank you

The receptionists are rude, unhelpful, and extremely disorganized. I called several times to check if my Invisalign trays were available for pickup because I still had not received an email notification after 11 weeks. Each time I called, I was told they would reach out via email, but I never received any follow-up. I also sent a text message and received no response. When I finally called again to follow up, I was told the trays had actually been available for pickup eight weeks earlier. There was no apology for the lack of notification and no explanation as to why I was never informed. Instead, the receptionist said I should have reached out (which I had already done three times) and spoke to me with an attitude. She initially repeated that the trays had not arrived because I hadn’t received an email. I had to insist that she check again and explain that the wait had been much longer than usual. This is when she finally ask for my name and DOB to check. I had given her my information to check from the very start of the phone call but she just answers me with the same answer that the trays are not ready without actually looking up my account. Their communication is careless, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Overall, the service here is extremely poor from start to finish. The front office lacks basic professionalism, and the clinical visits feel rushed and inattentive. As a result of their lack of communication and poor management, my treatment plan has already been delayed by three months. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for organized, respectful, or patient-focused care.
