Albany Braces

What an amazing experience I’ve had as a 45 year old woman at this orthodontist office. I was recommended by a friend to Dr. Lawless at the Clifton Park location. From the very first consultation all the way to getting my retainers molded… I have been completely pleased by the level of service. The whole staff is outstanding. The receptionist is always welcoming and helpful. The assistants are kind, friendly and positive.My favorite assistant is Charlene. She makes you feel like you just had a coffee with a friend 💯 I always come away from the office feeling cared for, valued and seen. As far as the orthodontic care. 5 star. I didn’t wear my retainer as an adult and I had a lot of crowding on my lower teeth. Dr. Lawless straightened them out within 15 or 16 months. I feel confident with my smile again as I speak for a living in the public. Honestly, the best way that I can describe this is after each visit to the orthodontist whether I was going for an adjustment or a repair…. I always left feeling like I just received a spa service!!!! Thank you Dr. Lawless and Co.

Dr Lawless is excellent and truly cares about his patients. He knows exactly what he’s doing and makes the whole process easy and comfortable.

Looked into a bunch of different practices and have been so happy to have chose Albany braces. I'm so glad they offer a payment plan since it's completely out of pocket. But they are worth it. They took the time to explain what needed to be done with the extensive work needed to fix my daughters smile. they answered every question and very friendly and patient with my daughter who has anxiety. Told us the steps they would be taking and roughly how long she would be in each step. My daughter was very comfortable here. I'm glad to be taking the step of braces for my daughter with Albany braces.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Albany Braces so far. As new coming patients, the staff and Dr were very helpful and welcoming every step of the way. They created a treatment plan and explained everything to expect in a way that was easy for my kids to understand which made them much more comfortable.
