This morning I had my initial consultation and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. Kristin in particular, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain the entire process and answered all my questions thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about my upcoming Invisalign treatment. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor really stood out, and I appreciated her attention to detail. I left the office feeling excited and confident about starting my journey to a beautiful smile. I can't wait to begin my Invisalign treatment and highly recommend this practice to anyone considering orthodontic work.

Dr Paciorek and his staff offer exceptional quality care in a beautiful, meticulously maintained office. First, individual consideration is given to each patient and their specific needs so that the treatment plan can deliver the absolute best outcomes both aesthetically and functionally. As a general dentist, I appreciate the attention to detail that is obvious in Dr Paciorek's cases and that he considers the overall health of the teeth and bone in addition to delivering a beautiful smile at the end. He and his staff truly care about the happiness and health of their patients, are enthusiastic, and also respectful of patient's time. Appointments are smooth, efficient, and run on schedule; they plan and prepare prior to each appointment. Every person you encounter is kind, helpful and encouraging whether in the office or over the phone. The overall vibe is "we are here to help you and happy while doing so", perhaps the "Disney of Dental". I cannot say enough about this wonderful practice. I refer all of my family, friends, and patients to them. Personally, I am grateful for the treatment they have provided for me. Prior to knowing Dr Paciorek, I had treatment that not only was not done well but actually damaged my teeth and my bone. Many people think that improper orthodontics will just "look bad" but really it can cause significant irreversible damage to the teeth and bone. Thankfully, I met Dr. Paciorek and his team and they provided the care I needed. I am truly grateful and recognize that we are lucky to have such a wonderful office to care for our patients.

I had a 10/10 experience at Paciorek. Everything is quick and efficient, the ladies working here are amazing. Michelle helped me today and she is amazing at what she does. I would definitely recommend this orthodontist facility to anyone looking for something in the Syracuse area!

Dr. Paciorek’s office is wonderful! The team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They really take the time to get to know their patients (they even got me a baby gift when I had my daughter!). I’m so happy with how my smile is coming along, and will definitely bring both my kids here if/when they need braces.

Staff are extremely friendly from the moment you walk through the door. The waiting area is extremely comfortable and they provide refreshments and snacks for all. My son got his braces on today and we were very pleased with information that was provided regarding Care and any things to troubleshoot as May come up.
