Since coming to this office, my oral health has never been better. I have lived in several different states, and Dr. Emily and her staff are by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. They are kind and incredibly professional. They see you within minutes of signing in and the patient experience is superb. They walk you through everything they're about to do and are very gentle with their work. I can't say enough good things about this practice so I'll just keep recommending them to all my friends and family!

Dr. Schaefer and her team only get 5 stars because they won't let me give them 6! I broke a tooth and had an extensive overseas trip in a few days. They worked me in, did a fantastic job on the tooth, and were super professional throughout. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Dr. Emily and staff immediately make you feel like family upon arriving for your first visit. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing like dentistries I’ve been to in the past. Located in a wonderful part of Buffalo, plenty of parking. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

This is the best dentist office in Buffalo. She is incredibly thorough, the staff are wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Emily and her staff are amazing! They provide an excellent patient experience. You're greeted (usually by name) with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in. They always seem to run on time and I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I had a recent dental "urgency" and they were very accommodating. You don't get this kind of service at the franchise dental offices. Highly recommend Dr. Emily!
