I was at a dentist appointment earlier today I had an appointment around 11am. I also have a one year old son that’s a normal child . Today I experienced my son experienced being racially profiled.. my son was running around like a normal 1 year old. When I was confronted by a lady asking me to keep it down . I replied saying sorry I don’t know how to calm down a baby clapping and counting to 5. He’s just enjoying himself being a baby . That’s when she replied well you need to learn how to control “ it “ I asked her what did she mean by calling my baby “it “ that’s when I asked her if she was a racist. She turned her back on me and went back to her desk way in the back… I had another person approach me this guy was the director of the office / he came to me telling me i needed to leave not knowing what just transpired. I briefly informed this man of what went on he didn’t want to hear me out/ I was told I’d be blacklisted and can’t come back to the dentist / I’ve been waiting 3 months to get some help on getting a wisdom tooth removed. I’ve had countless nights in pain. Now I can’t get the help I need because I spoke up for not only my child but for us as human beings !! It’s sad that in this world people only see one face … I believe in one race that’s the human race… I wasn’t raised to not like anyone… it just saddens me because when this man was speaking to me of other color … my son was looking up at him and squeezed my hand. My baby didn’t do anything wrong but be a child This is better smile the Sheridan dr location in Buffalo … I asked for names and they are coverning up for each other and wouldn’t tell me anything. please don’t do business with these people they aren’t for us … and we shouldn’t be supporting this we need better we need equality. I pray nobody child of my color or any color !has to experiance such a disease racism isnt born… it’s taught •No one is born a racist... if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love," Nelson Mandela. WORST!! For 2 months I've called to see if my insurance was going to cover my dentures. They kept telling me I t was my responsibility to call and ask. When I did, insurance said they never submitted it. Insurance told me they couldn't talk to me that they could only talk to the dentist. When I called the dentist back to ask about that, they told me they couldn't do t h at, they are to busy with patients. They don't even fix a chipped tooth. They send you to a different dentist, so they charge for you to open your mouth? Don't go!!!!!

The most unprofessional dental office I have ever experienced. The people at the front desk don't even accept that they forgot to book a patient's appointment. Fail to follow-up with insurance regarding quotes and no apologies. They behave as if they are doing people a favor by accepting patients. Very Rude and Unprofessional to say the least!!

‼️‼️‼️I would not recommend this dentist office under any circumstances. They never answer their phones literally, I spent multiple attempts trying to reach them to reschedule an appointment, and no one picked up. To make matters worse, I was discharged from their care without any notice simply because I missed one appointment. This is absurd considering I was actively trying to communicate with them.‼️‼️ Their lack of communication and complete disregard for patients is shocking. If you value being treated with basic professionalism, stay far away from this office.
