They charge you a $5 fee for oral hygiene instructions...but yet give you none. Never answer their phones, they also will change an appointment type and not tell you. Who does that?? Receptionist is beyond rude, total attitude and eye rolls. Dentist himself is great. But support staff ruins it all for me.

Gave me back my smile. Smashed front teeth out as a kid gave me a partial that is like having real teeth and best customer service in the business.

I had my first extraction here. Dr. Piazza and his team performed smoothly and made me feel at ease!

I wasn't even a regular client... At 10am I had broken a tooth. I called immediately and they got me in at 5pm same day. My Dentist was very helpful, informational, and she did a great job. All in all, It was a great experience. I will definitely be going thier on a regular basis. 💯 🦷☝🏼

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Receptionist was absoultey rude and un professional when asking to seek an appoitment. She rolled her eyes when being caught and called out on such behavior she then proceded to go speak to another collegue and maybe she thought she was whispering but far from it. Then another lady receptionist came over and was yelling my personal info across waiting room instead of asking me to come back to counter... so um HIPPA violatoion at its finest. When I walked back to counter becuase I didn't want my personal information spread across the waiting room the other lady continued to have attitude problems as well. This is 10000% not how you treat patients. Definatley how you loose patients. Extremely unprofessional and if they didn't want to be bothered to do there jobs, maybe it is time to hire some new employees. Me and my family will never be returning.
