It’s never fun to have to fix your teeth, but Dr. Palermo actually made it a pleasant experience. His staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Palermo was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns. We discussed a solution that is practical and cost effective. I have full confidence in Dr. Palermo and can’t wait to see the results.

We cannot have enough great things to say about Dr. Palermo and the entire staff at Embrace. They were very thorough about what to expect for orthodontics, clearly laid out the treatment plan and happily answered all our questions thoughtfully. The transformation in our teenagers teeth was unbelievable and faster than what our expectations were. Lastly, and most important in my opinion, everyone here actually cares!! We needed to be seen same day due to a conflicting appointment, during a snowstorm, and Dr. Palermo went out of his way and well beyond what was necessary to see our child. He stayed late and got our child’s work done without hesitation. Customer service may be non-existent many places these days, but it’s thriving here! Thank you Dr. Palermo and team, you all rock!

Dr. Palermo and his team are the best! I had some subpar orthodontic work done many years ago and my teeth had shifted. After comparing with other orthodontists in the area, I decided to go with Embrace and I’m so glad I did. They explained everything and after being quoted that I’d probably need braces for 18+ months, I was able to get them off after 11 months with fabulous results! They made having adult braces as bearable and painless as possible. It’s a fun office environment and they make you feel like family. Scheduling is flexible and easy. 10/10 would recommend!!

Discovered Embrace Orthodontics at a bridal expo. They did my scan during the expo and was able to show me what they could do to help straighten my teeth before my wedding day with Invisalign. From that first encounter and the visits to check on my progress it was an amazing experience! The staff are all so friendly, kind, and attentive. They made sure to get my smile just perfect before my wedding and did a teeth whitening treatment as well. I had the best wedding day and I have the best smile for my photos thanks to the amazing people at Embrace Orthodontics! Thank you all!

I recently had a consult at this office and I couldn’t be more pleased. Having had two previous ortho consults, I was in a position to compare experiences. Dr Palmer’s and staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment I entered. They spent a considerable amount of time with me, answering all my questions and never making me feel rushed. The office itself was inviting and very comfortable. Also the location is in a quiet residential setting. More importantly the professional service along with their general empathy makes them my number one choice! You won’t be disappointed but rather pleasantly surprised!
