He examined my teeth, answered my questions, and gave me his expert opinion. This was all free of charge. He and his staff are highly professional. We cannot have enough great things to say about Dr. Palermo and the entire staff at Embrace. They were very thorough about what to expect for orthodontics, clearly laid out the treatment plan and happily answered all our questions thoughtfully. The transformation in our teenagers teeth was unbelievable and faster than what our expectations were. Lastly, and most important in my opinion, everyone here actually cares!! We needed to be seen same day due to a conflicting appointment, during a snowstorm, and Dr. Palermo went out of his way and well beyond what was necessary to see our child. He stayed late and got our child’s work done without hesitation. Customer service may be non-existent many places these days, but it’s thriving here! Thank you Dr. Palermo and team, you all rock!
