Albany Braces

Dr. DeMeo, Andrea, and Lexi have been exceptional during our experiences at Albany Braces. They've gone above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable and to help our child understand everything that's going on - to make braces a less daunting experience. I need to acknowledge and thank Dr. DeMeo for spending almost 2 hours, even past closing time, with our child and patiently explaining what is going on, watching cat videos, and generally doing everything possible to make our experience a success.

Alexis at the front desk and Dr DeMeo are amazing! Alexis worked with my busy schedule to fit me in and made me feel so welcomed every visit. She was extremely patient and understanding any time I had to change things around. Dr DeMeo made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident that I was in the right hands!

My son is in the beginning process of getting his palate expander. I am so thankful for Dr. Demeo and Andrea’s patience and kindness during this process. My son was struggling with adapting to the top piece of the expander and thankfully Andrea quickly came up with a solution to make it more tolerable and a lot less scary for him. Their patience and kind manner made this experience easier for my son and for me too. He is doing great! They all make a great team! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

It was our first time visiting the Delmar location for an appointment and we didn’t know anyone working there. However the moment we walked in we were welcomed politely by the women walking at the front desk. Then when I went inside to start my apportionment I was checked in very quickly and was attended to quickly as well. The lady that was helping me out today was Andrea and without a doubt one of the nicest people I’ve had working on my teeth. She was kind from start to end. I felt like we were best friends by the end of the appointment. She was very quick and efficient and accommodating to any of my request. If I needed a break she would let me take one and explained everything to me perfect so I knew exactly what was going on and what to do. For getting my braces off I would think my teeth and mouth would be sore and swollen. But to my surprise Andrea helped that not happen my teeth felt really good after the appointment. I’m also glad they were able to get my braces removed on such short notice. So it’s safe to say the Doctor and Andrea and the entire Delmar office did an outstanding job and are an excellent team of people. Highly recommend office.

The staff at the Delmar location are top notch. In August 2024, I walked into that office with badly tangled lower front teeth, and today I walked out with a smile I can be proud of. Dr. deMeo’s coordination with my dentist and expertise with Invisalign gave me results I never thought possible. His assistant Andrea knew the technology well and fitted my aligners perfectly. There was always plenty of time to ask questions. Lexi at the front desk greeted me with a smile, and made sure my appointments fit my schedule. All of the staff who were part of the process were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly.
