Orthodontic Partners – Sparks

I really like the orthodontists at this office, they are amazing. Professional great to talk to and do excellent work themselves. The ladies that work in the mouths though need work. Last three times we were in, the ladies were pinching and hurting my daughter quite a bit. At one point the lady was staring at her friend listening to a story she was telling while she had her hands in my daughter’s mouth she wasn’t even looking at what she was doing. We have been going to this office for nearly 3 years now and lately the ladies seem way less professional. My daughter has left the office twice lately with her mouth bleeding due to the tech pinching her with a tool or inserting the wire aggressively. My daughter is months away from getting her braces off. We never had these issues the first two years of visiting this office .After two sets of braces I’m really hesitant to bring my other kids back here. The first time I was thinking we just had a bad day. But it has been 3 visits now with multiple techs and it seems like they really don’t care what pain they cause, and don’t even pay attention to my daughter’s mouth. I have 4 more kids and for sure 2 of them will need dental work. Unless the ladies start pay attention and showing common courtesy working on kids mouths I don’t know if we will be coming back, or if we will continue referring friends to this office.

What a great experience, staff is always nice and make everything so easy from scheduling appointments to the appointment itself. Shay was amazing today my daughter was super nervous getting her braces off and Shay walked her thru the process step by step and made it so easy. The celebration of taking the braces off was so fun.
