Hope was absolutely amazing with my son during his Invisalign appointment. He was really nervous going in, but she immediately made him feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything she was doing step by step, which really helped calm his nerves. I truly appreciated how patient and kind she was, not just with him but with me as well. She made sure we both understood what to expect in the days ahead as he adjusts to his new smile. That level of care and attention means so much—thank you, Hope, for making this such a positive experience for us!

The staff was great, I had an initial bad experience with the application of braces. It cut up my mouth and it was really painful. They then switched me to Invisalign, which was a better fit for me. The day my Invisalign treatment was to end I brought up to the Dr. that I was not completely happy with the results. There is one tooth really out of place. My concerns were dismissed and Dr stated he would not do another set of trays. Even my retainer shows the tooth misaligned. I will need to go back to treatment and spend more money elsewhere because my smile still has issues. There was a lot of progress but I definitely needed more trays to fix the one tooth. It is very noticeable.My daughter came here and my husband was going to come here along with my two other kids. We will not be returning here due to my recent experience.

Throughout my experience with both offices, this one here made me feel like home and the hospitality made you felt like family. Thank you Dr. D’Ascoli for giving me the smile I’ve always wanted. Highly recommend!

Staff was very nice! The same staff travel to both offices so you get a nice continuity of dental care! Dr. D'Ascoli was honest and completed a thorough consult. The financial coodinator, Adrian was thorough in answering my questions. The price is definitely steep for braces but they are willing to work with you on in house financing. I have been to both Carson City and Reno locations. Both are clean. The CC location seems outdated but they have everything you need for orthodontics. Reno location is super spacious and clean! Free coffee/tea too!

Thania is very good to work with. She is careful and understanding of children. She explained everything she was doing.
