Absolute Dental - Market

I had a very loose tooth and knew it needed to be extracted. I called Absolute who was able to see me the same day. Since I’m a nervous Nelly when it comes to dentists, I was dreading it. I’m so grateful to Absolute for the kindness and professionalism they displayed. I was seen by Dr. Carpenter who is a knowledgeable and experienced Dentist. I can’t be happier that my extraction was painless and quick. All the folks I came in contact with were knowledgeable and supportive when we communicated. Thanks Absolute. You were all great!

I didn’t have a good experience at all and mostly based on the quotes I got and the money I paid in one day to only walk out of there with a broken tooth STILL. I paid $460 and still went home with nothing fixed. I am not pleased at all. The staff was super friendly but I don’t think they go over what’s actually affordable and what can be done. I feel like they try to tell you you should do this or that but all things that were WAY out of my price range. Staff is nice like I said but I went home $460 later and nothing fixed on my broken tooth. I’m sad.

My daughter has a cognitive disability and has extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the doctor and dentist. The staff at Absolute Dental in Carson City on Market Street was absolutely amazing with her. The Dentist was phenomenal as well. They were very clear on the work that needed to be done and kindly provided us with our options without making us feel bad for not being able to do everything at once since we are self pay and don’t have dental insurance. This was very refreshing!

The staff was very nice and very helpful. Explained everything very thoroughly. Dr Carpenter was very professional and explained every step before he did it. Didn't try to push any treatment, just presented me with options after thoroughly explaining them and then stepped out to give me time and privacy to discuss with my husband which worked best for me and my budget. I really appreciated that.

They were very informative when I asked questions ans made me feel comfortable . It's been about 5 years since ive seen a dentist so to come here and be treated so kindly definitely made me want to come back and refer a few people . Keep up the awesome work . Ill be back soon .
