The Dentists at Dundee

Called to make an emergency appointment because i cant chew on one side, the receptionist LEANNE refused to check if my insurance was in network, stating ‘ive never heard of it so it cant be real’, after i told here it was through a job at a well established pharmacy corporation, she informed me that i must be wrong because it ‘doesnt sound real’. After i asked her for a third time to just run it through and check the network and she denied, i told her to cancel my appointment due to her refusal in checking insurance and that i would be going somewhere else. Before i could finish that statement she hung up on me. Being referred to The Dentist by multiple people because of the customer service and then experiencing this is extremely frustrating. The unwillingness to even try and help a patient looking for help and communication is a horrible attitude to have in any scope of the medical field.

The team at the Dentists at Dundee are great!! My wife and I are relatively new patients there, but they have been nothing but accommodating with great communication while providing excellent care. We chose this practice based on the proximity to our house but more importantly the reviews, so we echo many of the positive remarks already shared!

Have always had great experiences here. Started coming a couple years ago, everyone is very friendly and have a gentle touch while cleaning. Can’t speak on any major dental work but routine cleanings have been fantastic.

Everyone at the Dentist Dundee do such a great job. Always very friendly and welcoming. Never have to wait for my appointment!! Give them ALL a raise!! Shout out to LuAnne and Elizabeth, always the best!!

My dentist retired over a year ago and I needed to find a new one. I'll preface this review by saying I loved my previous dentist. He was so knowledgeable and gentle. He really knew what he was doing and I never had a complaint. So, I scoured the reviews trying to find another one that had the best ratings overall. I decided to try The Dentists at Dundee. I'm so glad I chose correctly! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the lovely lady at the front desk, I felt welcomed. Still apprehensive for the actual appointment, but not as bad. It turned out great! The dental assistant, Amanda was fantastic and the dentist was just who I was hoping for. He was very thorough with my exam, very gentle with my cleaning and didn't try to upsell me on procedures I didn't need yet. At the same time, he was direct with my problem areas, which most I already knew about, but was done so I didn't feel like a little child being scolded. I'm very, very happy with my decision and will not be apprehensive to return for my next visit!
