Appointments were always punctual, office staff were very accommodating with scheduling and very helpful with payment plans. They were able to help with my cross bite and overbite. They did not push me into a more advanced elective surgery and provided me with less invasive options which I appreciated. Overall very happy with care. Dr Molly and staff were always kind and very careful when working inside my mouth.

Dr. Molly and the care team at Huerter Orthodontics are amazing! From the first visit, they’ve been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Molly takes the time to answer questions and makes sure you feel confident about your treatment. The whole team creates a warm and welcoming environment, and their attention to detail shows in every visit. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.

Update 2: After I wrote my last update, they decided to communicate with me again. I was reimbursed $75 for the inappropriate consultation charges. And $25 for the day when I showed up to an appointment that they then rescheduled without prior notification. Update: They told me in writing they would reimburse me for my inappropriate charges and then didn't reimburse me. And now they haven't responded to my written communication. I do not recommend this business. They repeatedly let me down. I made an appointment and was verbally quoted $150 for a consultation. Then I got a follow-up letter signed by Thomas J. Huerter that my consultation would be free. Then, at the end of my appointment, my consultation is suddenly $150 again. I show my letter and they say they can't honor that because "everybody gets that letter". You can't trust this business to keep their written committments. In the end, they offered to split the difference at $75. I have an appointment for the next week to pick up my personalized order. When I show up, the receptionist says, "I was about to call you. Your order won't be here for another week, so we have to reschedule." She knew my trip would be completely wasted, and yet she didn't even try to contact me until I showed up in person. I left work early and drove 30 minutes across town for that appointment.
