Writing a review because of how strongly I feel. Dr. Conway is beyond smart and knowledgeable. I am an adult who had a bad bite and he was able to get me to the perfect smile, not even exaggerating. Not only did he fix my teeth but my bite and my jaw pain as well. He cares so much about his patients, he's like a perfectionist. I never had a problem with payments either. Everything was straight-forward. I strongly recommend!!

We are so thankful Dr. Conway cares about more than just straight teeth! He identified the issues we would need to address and came up with a careful, well-thought out plan to fix not just our son’s teeth, but to also improve our kiddo’s overall health in the process. I have been a “Conway Mom” for the last 10 years with 3 children. I knew that I would not be able to send my kids to the run-of-the-mill, puberty sweat shop that I went to as a kid because of complicated mouth genetics on both sides of the family. I see the results of sub par orthodontia every day in the mirror and I wanted better for my kids. I found a smart dentist who then referred me to the smartest orthodontist in Omaha. If you want the best, you go see Conway. He is the orthodontist that trains the other dentists and orthodontists. He’s the one who bails out the orthodontists and dentists who don’t know how to fix complicated cases. Regarding money: The office manager worked tirelessly to get every penny out of my insurance which I greatly appreciated. I payed fees when my kids knocked off brackets eating candy etc. Conway has to do extra work, so there should be a fee. I payed for an extra X-ray when needed. My child was then spared an oral surgery. So I saved money big time by his attention to detail. Conway, in conjunction with our dentist, watched my youngest child for 3 years so we started her treatment when her mouth was ready. I was glad to pay $50 three separate times. Lastly, he actually cares enough to get to know your family and your kids. When you spend time in a waiting room every month for ten years, you need to like your provider and their staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Conway (and his staff) is there for the patients. He's WILDLY intelligent but easy to talk to and understand the "what" and "why" of the process and procedures he does. We love the practice and would recommend it to anyone! 4 beautiful smiles in our household, all credited to Dr. Conway.
