Summit Dental Health

I went in for my new patient exam/evaluation and everyone was very nice. The front desk was very welcoming, then I went back with Taz, a hygienist, and she was super sweet while she took all of my X-rays and other imaging they needed. The Doctor came in and explained everything super clear & then I actually got the chance to have my routine cleaning the same day due to a cancellation. I had Ericka and she was wonderful to talk with and did an amazing job during my cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. I’d highly recommend this practice :)

The staff at Summit dental are beyond exceptional! Their courteous and communicate any schedule discrepancies in a timely manner, While providing an accurate fix! They treat me with dignity and respect every time I go there! If you’re looking for a dentist in the Lincoln Nebraska area, I would highly recommend this practice

I have been going to Summit earlier known as Fallbrook Dental since they established in the Highlands a number of years ago. The staff is very friendly, patient oriented and shares what they are finding or not finding as they go. I have had regular dental hygiene appointments with a few procedures. I have had two very successful implants done. One was to fill an open area that hadn’t seen a tooth for 3 decades. The other one was a pulled tooth and implant right in the same spot the same visit. I highly recommend the team at Summit (Formerly Fallbrook) Dental.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Fallbrook performed non-routine services on my husband that were not covered by our insurance and never told us they wouldn’t be. They handed us a pre-treatment estimate and assured us that this was what we were going to owe. We paid exactly what they told us. Five months later, we received a surprise bill for hundreds of dollars because they underestimated what insurance would cover. After speaking with our insurance company, we found out Fallbrook never submitted a pre-treatment estimate to insurance at all. Instead, they gave us an estimate they “came up with” on their own, without ever checking with insurance. They demanded we pay for their mistake. Shady business. To make things even worse, they didn’t offer any kind of payment plan to help with the unexpected charges. Completely unprofessional and frustrating to no end. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I’ve already shared our experience with many people, and several have canceled their appointments because of what happened to us. Avoid this place. They do not value honesty or their patients.

We absolutely love it here! The staff is so wonderful, it's actually a treat to go to the dentist! They're kind, funny and they take time to get to know you on a personal level! Carrie and Tami are the absolute best!!
