Love the location nestled downtown but the best part is the staff. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and make sure your comfortable. I had some teeth pulled and they were amazing. Highly recommend going for any dental needs.

The dentists themselves are amazing, and I have had a great experience with them. They are friendly. However, the communication from the reception team, and office is absolutely TERRIBLE. They're not rude, they're actually very polite and friendly. But they never answer the phone, they never give you a callback when they're supposed to. They also give me misinformation frequently, and I'm tired of dealing with that. It makes me want to switch to a different dental office altogether, I only stay because the dentists here are great.

That was the worst acknowledgment of a parent that entails censorship, fraudulent, and negligence about an appointment that happened an eight months ago referring to partials with debate then as I remember between implants and partials Third appointment for teeth with already in you for service we forget that which has been reiterated and possibly held hostage as my main reason to be there to get partial that was the worst display of professionalism I’ve ever seen that only do you forget how to mold somebody into a certain cocoon to be able to interact with someone you don’t even remember what it is to do. I hate to think that the peak of any one’s professional career is here, but I see no one going forward given that type of care on your staff. Must be under new management—this used to be a great clinic. I booked an appointment and, as a new customer, was okay with waiting six months for a cleaning and simple check-up. I received a cancellation text, followed two days later by another text confirming my appointment. After rearranging my schedule, driving downtown, paying for parking, and arriving on time, I was informed that my appointment had actually been canceled five days prior. The confirmation text I received three days ago was incorrect. This clinic is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. It’s better to find out now that new management is not operating the same quality clinic as before. I’m out time and money—don’t waste yours with Summit Old Market Dental.

Lmfao. This place is a complete joke. Someone called me today being rude as hell telling me I needed to find a new dentist because I missed an appointment which I called to reschedule because I was sick. Everytime I rescheduled they called saying they overbooked the dentist so they had to move it. That has repeatedly happened at this location. So since you can't do your job correctly I have to be punished for it? You want me to come in sick and get everyone else sick as well? That doesn't make sense at all! I will gladly go somewhere else where the employees are compentent and take responsibility for their own actions instead of attempting to blame the patients for their mishaps and poor communication.
