Rallis & Bonilla Orthodontics

This felt like a classic bait-and-switch experience. I scheduled an appointment specifically for Invisalign after finding this practice listed on Invisalign’s website. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that they actually provide a different product called “Angel Aligners.” From my understanding, Angel Aligners are priced significantly lower than Invisalign, yet the cost quoted to me was comparable to Invisalign treatment. This was disappointing and not what I expected based on how the practice was advertised.

I was confused on insurance and payment amounts. I was able to sit down in Kim’s office and she is amazing. She is beyond patient, printed off documents, and went over charges with me. I am confident and comfortable with this facility due to staff like Kim.

Very unhappy with how our experience turned out. My son got invisalign to correct his bite. The process started out smoothly, we were told that the entire process would take 18-24 months to correct. After about 3 month in we had to move out of state and discussed in depth with the office staff so that we would have a plan in place to manage the orthodontic treatment. The scan app that helps track progress and determine when to change the dental trays suddenly stopped sending notification, and on a routine weekly scan the app stated our orthodontist we no longer monitoring our progress. We never received any call or correspondence from the office. When I called I was told that my son had reached the end of his treatment only 6 months in to treatment. The staff then said my son would need to return to the office for his retainer. I reminded them of our discussion before we moved out of state. It was also discussed that they said they would help connecting us to a provider in our new state. Now nearly a year after we were "notified by the app " that we were not being followed by the orthodontist we were finally able to get our invisalign records sent to a new provider. This practice had been fully paid for our invisalign treatment. We tried to make arrangements over the holiday break to get set up for and get the final retainers, but the staff was unwilling to work with us to find time for an appointment.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Rallis and Bonilla Orthodontics. Their staff have always been kind and courteous. Fast and efficient. My son went into most appointments alone and has never had a complaint. He got his braces off today and looks so happy and confident in himself. Thanks a million times! You guys are the Best!

This is our second visit to this clinic and it continues to be a positive one. The staff are all very friendly and kind. The doctors made sure to completely and thoroughly explain everything to me and my daughter, and took the time to answer all of her questions and concerns. There was never a rush to get us out the door or wrap up the visit. The staff really seem to care about your thoughts and want to make sure you understand everything before you leave. I would certainly recommend this facility.
