Both my girls saw Dr. Seim for traditional braces and had an excellent experience. Then, as an adult, I had some bite issues and needed to do Invisalign and they are also excellent with adult alignment. They also have the nicest office staff and were always super responsive:)

My daughter has been utilizing Orthodontic Specialists of Sunset Hills since we relocated to Saint Louis in December 2022. They offer timely and professional care at competitive orthodontic industry rates. Each time we visit our daughter is always seen immediately or within the first few minutes upon checking in. They employ a convenient computer self-check-in after you’ve in processing their patient database. Dr. Lisa Seim is very knowledge and approachable. My daughter enjoys having conversations with her during visits. The location is always clean and service professional. I would like to highlight how they previously flexed and accommodated our customer scheduling needs during an unforeseen time conflict. Their secretary and treatment coordinator Shelly also worked closely with our insurance company to get the best reimbursement claim possible. I cannot express how grateful we are to have such a great orthodontist team in the South County area!

This was my first experience at an orthodontist and I loved every second of it. The office is nice, I love the location, and the few ladies I’ve encountered with were very nice as well. Service was fast and they explained everything so well. I left my earrings there and they had set them aside in an envelope with my name on it before I even called to asked if I left them there. Dr Seim was very nice and I picked her as my orthodontist because I loved that she experienced some similarities as her patients when she was growing up. Everybody deserves a better smile. Can’t wait to start my braces journey!!
