We’ve had a wonderful experience at Junction Orthodontist. The entire team is caring, efficient, and consistently goes above and beyond, making my kids feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for at every visit. Dr. Scroggins is extremely knowledgeable and takes a conservative approach to treatment, which we genuinely appreciate. As a mom who got braces too young and had to go through them again as an adult, it means a lot to know my kids won’t start treatment until they’re truly ready. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an honest opinion and thoughtful, individualized treatment.

Took my daughter for an initial consultation. Bases on reviews & proximity, was hopeful it would be a good fit. Unfortunately, it seems to be more appropriate for adults than kids. After initial imaging, we waited over 30 minutes to see the provider. The appointment was at 8, we didn't see her until 0845. There was zero acknowledgement of the significant delay. Bedside manner felt a off. There was no examination of my daughter's mouth. Instead she just reviewed x-ray images & pictures. She seemed to not really have a full explanation or ideal treatment plan. Her communication felt hesitant, almost as if she was unsure, didn't have knowledge, or just didn't have a desire to take on a new patient. There weren't any developmentally appropriate distraction techniques nor did they give a tour of the treatment area as preparation. Would recommend pediatric patients seek care elsewhere. *Pay attention that some of the 5 star reviews are from people with the same last name as Dr. Scroggins.

Very caring staff - I have broken my permanent retainer many times over the years since being a patient of theirs since 2017. They have fit me into their schedule same day! I also value how their staff is treated, it shows a lot about this company. I will always recommend them to anyone I know!

My kids both just got their braces off and we are thrilled with the results! Dr Scroggins and team did an excellent job! It was easy to get appointments after school, they were always on time which I appreciate, friendly staff and great results with their beautiful smiles! Thank you!!

Junction Orthodontics is the best! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Scroggins and her team are now taking care of the 4th person in our family. We have all been beyond satisfied with our outcomes.
