Gabe was the sweetest dental assistant! He made sure my daughter wasn’t scared and that she was comfortable. He definitely made her smile. Her dentist was absolutely wonderful as well. All healthcare workers are not created the same. I’m really impressed and grateful for the team at the Smile Spot

Excellent place and excellent service. The entire staff is always welcoming, friendly, patient, and professional. I would especially like to recognize Kendra for the exceptional care she showed toward my autistic daughter. It is very difficult for her to stay calm in busy environments, but during our last visit, Kendra knew exactly how to interact with her and helped keep her calm and comfortable while waiting for her turn. Her patience, kindness, and understanding made a huge difference in our experience. We are very grateful for the outstanding service and the genuine care we received. Highly recommended!

Amber at the Smile Spot is amazing. She greeted us at the door with a kind and warm smile. She was very quick with getting us checked in, and is an absolute asset to the company. She definitely puts the smile in the smile spot. Thanks Amber. Back to edit, seeing as we are back for our second day. Wayne got us a very quick appointment for the next day. He was extremely helpful. We have a few appointments we needed to make and he got us scheduled out for all of them yesterday. Even got us one for the very next day. He found ones that worked for us and got us all set up. Thanks for getting us all scheduled up Wayne. Your kindness is appreciated.

Mackenzie M is the best assistant i have seen!!!! They are realy nice here they let us watch tv and they deep cleaned my teeth she is realy nice and kind she i so cool 5 stars dave is awesome too he let me wear his expensive glasses!!!:)

I will never go through this office again after the hassle I went threw!! Schedule a certain surgery for my son. I received a email telling me when and where. The when was at 3am. I get there with my son (its his appointment) and its doesn't open till 6am. We live a hour from town. When it opens I go to get my son checked in. To find out the appointment was canceled and I was not notified. So when the Smile spot opened that day I called to ask why. First they debated with me about my contact information for not informing them with the changed of number. I called and did tell them. They also have my email on file. Its how i receive most of the updates. Didn't receive anything through my email about canceling it. The main reason for canceling was because they didn't get confirmation from his dad for the surgery. In the years of being a mom and going through dentist offices they never need confirmation form both parents. They need just the 1. I waisted my son's and my time, getting up at 1am to be somewhere that doesn't even open till later. Waisted gas for a two hour trip to get there and back. The blame on me for not updating my contact info when I called on the 9th and gave them the number when I talked to them last about it. No accountability for their own mistake. I will go back to my old dentist office which is further away from me. And not have this problem.
